Our Pain Free Rehab Program is for anyone that is recovering from a musculoskeletal injury or operation, or someone who is experiencing long term musculoskeletal pain. It gives you access to a bespoke rehab plan created by our Lead Sports Therapist and Sports and Exercise Scientist, with a specific focus on speeding up your recovery in the most effective way.
Why choose the R&R plan?
Returning to exercise as soon as is safe has been shown to reduce the chances of sustaining further injury, boost blood flow to the injured tissue, restore mobility and improve proprioception. With a proper rehab and recovery program, you can easily return to pre-injury levels of performance, if not make improvements.
Our program is also a cost effective way to recover from injury in a safe, group training environment. 1:1 sessions with a sports therapist or physiotherapist are effective, but the cost of weekly sessions quickly adds up. The work you do outside of your one hour appointment is what makes the real difference, and by having everything planned out and getting access to equipment, your compliance and recovery rate significantly increases.
What does it include?
- A 30 minute consultation with our Sports Therapist
- 3 sessions per week, at a time to suit you, in our fantastic strength, conditioning and rehab facility where you will be guided through your program by one of our team members in a group training environment
- A periodised exercise program designed to treat your specific pain or injury
- Reassessment every 4 weeks to track progression
